Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. 

Perishable items, food, and personal hygiene products are non-returnable.

Return Process

Upon approval, we will arrange for a pickup or request you to ship the item.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.

Replacements will be sent based on stock availability.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the item.
